Chief Executive Officer of Dreams FC, Kurt E.S Okraku, has taken a massive swipe at Hearts and Kotoko with regards to their poor way of managing things.

Hearts and Kotoko in recent times have struggled both on and off the field of play which has been aligned to countless factors thus from management, technical staff and the playing body.

Speaking on the Football Legends Night Show on GHONE TV yesterday, Okraku highlighted the structural deficiency confronting these two clubs and they need to take proactive measure that will ensure their progress in the near future.

“Hearts of Oak need to improve their quality on all fronts, I have said it over and over again that, Hearts are not competitive on all fronts.

“In recent times Kotoko are also behaving the same and it not good for our game and they need to improve on what they are doing, thus it starts from the top,” Okraku said on the Football Legends Night Show on GHONE TV yesterday.
