Football Association to construct office complex

Cape Coast June 12, GNA - The Central Regional Football Association (CRFA) is to construct a 250 million cedi office complex at the sports stadium to house its ancillary staff.

The 36- Second Division clubs in the Region are to finance the project that is to comprise eight rooms.

Mr Samuel Doe, Chairman of RFA made this known on Friday at a meeting with representatives of the clubs at Cape Coast to discuss the 2003/2004 Division Two league.

He said drawings for the project were completed and work on the project would take off in July this year.

Mr Doe said members are required to offer communal labour to reduce the cost of construction of the project and appealed to co-operate bodies, NGOS, and football fans to contribute financially or materially in support of the project towards its early completion. 12 June 04
