JoeTex Received brand New KIA

Ghana's U-23 international, Joetex Frimpong, was on Monday presented with a Brand New KIA Motor car by the Governor of Abia State, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu, who is the man behind African double champions, Enyimba Football Club of Aba.

The presentation of the car to Frimpong and other members of Enyimba was a fulfillment of the promise made by the Governor before the club won the African Champions League.

Speaking with Ghanaweb in an interview from Aba, Frimpong said: "I am very happy to receive my brand new KIA car. It is red in colour, and I am proud to be a member of the team. This will push me to score more goals for Enyimba this year.

"I called my parents in Minna to inform them, and it has been happiness all the way for us."

Frimpong is a key member of the Nigerian side, and scored six goals in the 2003 African Champions League. The Ghanaian was in the sqaud that beat Tunisia's Etoile du Sahel to win the African Super Cup, last Sunday.

Enyimba Football Club of Aba is owned by the Abia State Government.
