Asante Kotoko coach Zdravko Logarusic has returned to the country ahead of their week 9 clash with Inter Allies after spending eight days off in his native country Croatia Monday.

The 55-year old left the country last week just hours after his side bitterly lost to arch-rivals Hearts of Oak in week 8 of the Ghana Premier League.

He was granted permission by the club’s management to proceed on the eight days leave as the league was going on a week break.

Thus Zdravko Logarusic didn’t return to Kumasi with the team. He needed to be back home to properly organise himself and return in good time for his mandate at the fabulous club.

In Zdravko’s absence, Assistant Coach, Godwin Ablordey and Team Manager, Shilla Alhassan supervised training sessions.

Despite their controversial defeat to Hearts, the club are lying 2nd on the league log with 17 points from 8 games same points as first place side Aduana Stars but with inferior goal difference.
