Denkyem annual easter soccer tournament set to take place in tema.

The annual soccer tournament for under 10’s, 12’s and 14 age categories ,organized by the Denkyem Charitable Foundation in Tema, and supported by its affiliates in the USA, will come off during the Easter festivities this year.
The tournament is held to support emerging talents and to give the under privileged in the community a sense of hope, as well as keeping them off the streets to become responsible citizens.
The organization uses sporting activities like soccer, basketball, net ball, athletics etc. Creating an enabling environment for the youth to discover their talents, not leaving out educational materials like computers, books, pens, pencils etc. which they also donate occasionally to encourage them to study and become useful in society.
This year’s tournament promises to be one of a kind with a lot of prizes to be won for the players who distinguish themselves during the event.
There will also be food and drinks and good music available for the children, as well as cash prizes for the winners of the various age categories.
