Ghanaian youngster Emmanuel Agyei Sowah played a crucial role for Anderlecht in the UEFA U-19 league as they sealed a last four spot at the expense of FC Barcelona.

The 18-year-old full-back lasted the full throttle as Anderlecht spanked their Catalan giants 2-0 to book a semi-final berth on Tuesday night.

The highly rated youngster registered his third straight European appearance for the Belgium side as they marched into the last four of Europe’s elite club tourney.

Agyei, the junior brother of TP Mazembe’s Daniel Nii Adjei, broke into the Anderlecht set up at the start of the season and has since blossomed into a regular fixture on the reserves side in recent games.
