Kenichi Yatsuhashi doubt side's title credentials this season

Hearts coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi has moved to water down on fans expectation by revealing his side might not win the title this season.

Hearts have started the new season on a blistering fashion, beating New Edubiase and Medeama in their opening two league games.

The 2-0 win at Medeama in particular has sparked a wave of optimism among their teeming fans with a real sense they could clinch their first Premier League crown in seven years.

But the Japanese trainer wants fans to measure their expectations of the team this term.

“The fans want us to win the league and the FA cup but we will do our best to win both trophies though I am not sure if it might be this season or next season." he said

Hearts play as guest of struggling Ebusua Dwarfs in Cape Coast on Sunday.
