Ranieri unsure if fit-agin Jeffrey Schlupp will play on Saturday

Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri is unsure if fit-again Ghana defender Jeffrey Schlupp will be named in his squad to face Norwich on Saturday.

Schlupp has been out of action for two months but returned to training this week with the Foxes.

Ranieri expressed satisfaction with his work rate in training but cannot guarantee if the versatile player will be part of his team.

"Schlupp has come back and he’s trained fully with us,” Ranieri said.

"I don’t know now [whether he will be in the squad to face Norwich] because it’s just the first week with us. But it’s good to see him back."

Leicester have opened a two-point lead at the top of the league table ahead of Saturday’s fixture.
