Queens Play Portland State on Thursday

PORTLAND - The 2003 Portland State women's soccer team will see its first competitive game action of the presason, when they take on the Ghana National Team on Thursday.

It takes place at Tigard High School at 6:30 pm.

Ghana is one of four teams in Group D, along with China, Australia and Russia, in this year's FIFA Women's World Cup, which starts in September.

Group D matches, as well as quarterfinal and semifinal games, will take place at Portland State's home venue, PGE Park.
