Ghana midfield maestro Mubarak Wakaso has hailed his colleagues for their overall performance in the 7-1 victory against Mauritius in their 2017 AFCON qualifiers.
The Black Stars begun their 2017 AFCON qualifiers in grant style after a flashy performance against Mauritius that saw them run out 7-1 winners on the day.
Wakaso who was one of the star performers on the day with his tackles and range of passing a delight to watch says the entire team deserves credit.
‘’As you saw the entire team played extremely well and we have to credit the team,” Wakaso told GHANAsoccernet.com
“It’s always important to start very well and we have done that.”
Ghana will take on Rwanda next in the qualification series.
