Duncan: “Grant must maintain special man management skills

Ex-Black Starlets and Meteors Coach, David Duncan insists Avram Grant must maintain his man management skills that contributed to Ghana’s silver medal success at this year’s Africa Cup of Nations to ensure the Black Stars clinch more trophies in the near future.

The Israeli Coach held his first training session with 20 Black Stars players in France on Wednesday night ahead of the friendlies against Senegal on Saturday and Mali next Tuesday.

“He doesn’t have to lower that standard. The special kind of man management skills that Avram Grant employed that he put in place to ensure that they were able to perform to that level is maintained, then we should be expecting that they live up to their potentials,” Duncan, the Head Coach of Asante Kotoko, told DailySoccerGhana.com.

The former Chelsea boss will use the test matches in Le Havre and Paris respectively to ready the senior national team for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
