Medeama head to Morocco with own food, water

The Ghanaian top-flight said they have to resort to such arrangement to counter possible ploy to demoralise them ahead of the game against opponents Moghreb Fes.

“We know all the tricks that teams employ to make sure they win,” Medeama official Ebenezer Aidoo told Asempa FM. “Our plans include taking food and water to Morocco and finding good lodgings in Fes so that our players are comfortable.”

My Brother, who are the Ghana FA Cup holders, will clash with the north African side on Saturday for a slot in the last-16 in the second-tier African inter-club championship.

The Ghanaians go into the game with a 3-0 lead from the first leg and want to take precautions in order not to lose that advantage to the 2011 title holders. Moghreb need three unanswered goals at home to force a penalty shootout.
