AS Monaco to pounce for Hearts’ Robin Gnagne

French Ligue 1 giant AS Monaco has joined the race to sign Hearts of Oaks Ivorian International canter back, Robin Gnagne, sportoscrusaderonline.com can authoritatively reveal.

Reliable sources close to the Hearts defender have revealed that Robin is delighted to have received the huge offer from Monaco and is expected to meet club (Hearts) officials on Friday to persuade them to accept the Monaco deal.

Robin Gnagne has one year remaining on his Hearts contract but his impressive display for Hearts has seen many clubs both from Africa and Europe chasing him for his signature all of which Hearts has ignored because it believes the defender is worth more.

The defender is believed to be favouring a move to Monaco rather than QPR who have also thrown in an offer for his services.

A Hearts Board member has told sportscrusaderonline.com that club officials would have to meet to decide on the offer which he says must meet the demands of Hearts of Oak before the defender would be released to any side.

“It’s flattering to hear that a big club like Monaco wants me. I feel delighted and will want to join them but it all depends on the outcome of the negotiations between the two clubs. I don’t have much say but I know Hearts will not be that difficult because I have served the club whole heartedly” the defender told sportsacrusaderonline.com.

Robin Gnagne is arguably Hearts’ best player this season.
