Kotoko name squad for BYC return encounter

Yahaya Mohammed, Michael Akuffo and Isaac Boakye did not make the Asante Kotoko squad for the return Champions League game against Barrack Young Controllers.

The trio were conspicuously missing from the 18-man squad named by coach Mas-ud Dramani. Yahaya Mohammed is said to have developed a swollen leg while injuries to Akuffo and Boakye are not specified.

The team will travel to Accra on Thursday before emplaning for Monrovia on Friday ahead of Sunday’s crucial game.

Kotoko carry a slim 2-1 advantage going into the second leg match against the Liberian club.
