Kotoko to make double bid for Narh & Arkoful

Kumasi Asante Kotoko are lining up double bid for Tema Youth skipper Jeremiah Arkoful as well as forward Francis Narh as they seek to build a winsome squad for next season.

Goal Ghana has been hinted that the Ghana Premier League champions will start official talks with the relegated Tema-based club for the services of the duo who were outstanding in the domestic top flight in the just ended season.

With Ugandan left-back Joseph Ochaya set to seal a move abroad and Gideon Baah finalising a two-year deal with Finnish side Honka FC the Porcupine Warriors are in the market looking for a replacement and they have identified the natural left-back who can also operate as a central defender as the ideal choice.

Kotoko who had previously made enquiries about Narh, who netted 10 goals in the league last season, are ready to snatch his signature as they gear up for the Caf Champions League.

Both players were part of Ghana’s squad which clinched bronze in the 2013 Under-20 World Cup in Turkey.
