Laryea Kingston Poised for comeback

Laryea Kingston could make his first appearance for more than two months in Hearts' Clydesdale Bank Premier League game against Hamilton on Sunday.

Manager Jim Jefferies has called for fans to support the midfielder.

Ghana midfielder Kingston has been dogged by a hamstring injury, in addition to falling out of favour under former manager Csaba Laszlo.

But the 29-year-old is set to be handed a chance to impress by Jefferies by being named amongst the substitutes, who hopes the home crowd will get behind him.

The manager told the Hearts club website: "What's done is done and in the past and it's a fresh start for everyone, including Larry.

"I've had a chat with him, he's told me his side of the story and says he is committed to Hearts. I will be able to judge very quickly if that is the case."
