Chelsea Bronx FC Players Awarded Scholarships

Bronx, NY

As one of the fastest growing Ghanaian soccer teams in the United States today, Chelsea Bronx FC has been reaching out to gain exposure for its players through the portrayal of positive publicity, promoting education and offering scholarship awards. Through the various hard working efforts of team players, the management staff has been able to recognize and award many team members over the last couple of years. Based on various talents, dedication and devotion a number of the Chelsea Bronx FC team players were recently given the opportunity to tryout for National Teams, Major League Soccer Teams and others have been awarded with college scholarships.

Achieving the proper goals has been the motivation behind the tremendous efforts that some of the team members have been producing while playing for Chelsea Bronx FC. Amongst the individuals who were given the opportunity to tryout for National Teams and Major League Soccer Teams are Edward Campball and Edward Boney. Edward Campball who currently plays for the Sierra Leone’s U – 20 National Team was recently invited to tryout for first division clubs in Germany and Cyprus. Edward Boney was also invited to tryout for the Colorado Rapids, New York Red bulls and Brooklyn Knights Academy, which are three of the best major League Soccer teams (MLS).

Amid the individuals that were awarded scholarships are Paulino Manuel, Prince Danso, Richmond Adom, Lawrence Gyamfi, Edmond Addison, Maxwell Barfoe and Ehanji Mansary. Paulino Manuel was awarded a scholarship to Brauch College which is part of The City University of New York (CUNY), Prince Danso was awarded a scholarship to Globe Institute of Technology and Monroe College, Richmond Adom was awarded a scholarship award to Monroe College, Lawrence Gyamfi was awarded with a scholarship to the Global Institute of Technology, Edmond Addison was awarded a scholarship to Monroe College, Maxwell Barfoe was awarded a scholarship to Global Institute of Technology, and Ehanji Mansary was awarded a scholarship to attend St. Johns university which is a private college in Queens, NY.

Based on their immense performance with this team, it is apparent that these individuals have a talent that will enhance their careers, increase their performances and advocate them to reach their highest potentials on and off the soccer field.
