Winneba Soccer Academy clash with Weija Academy

Accra, Jan. 26, GNA - The Winneba Sports College Under 17 Soccer Academy is to engage their counterparts from the Weija Sovereign Football Academy in a crucial match at the sports field of the Winneba Sports College on Saturday January 31.

Mr E. Harry Hornsby-Odoi, a FIFA Agent in a release copied to the GNA Sports, said the Ghana Football Association has sanctioned the match. He said the match is to prepare the two teams to select their best teams in preparation towards their impending foreign tournaments. The FIFA Agent said the match would also showcase the exploits of the two academies in their attempt at unearthing football talents at the grassroots level and urged the sporting public to endeavour to patronise the match.
