We are not scared of any opponent - Solomon Asante

In-form Ghana winger Solomon Asante says the Black Stars have the wherewithal to face any opponent at the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations.

The four-time continental champions have been placed in Pot 1 ahead of the next month’s draw and could be handed tough opponents.

The Black Stars could be paired in a Group alongside Ivory Coast, South Africa and Cameroon or Senegal.

Asante, who was in stupendous form during the qualifiers, says they are ready for any opponents and will not be praying to avoid any big side.

“You can see that this Black Stars team has nothing to fear and we don’t care who we meet at the group stages or beyond. All we know is that we have to take one match at a time and see where that leads us,” Asante said.
