Wa All Stars coach rules out top four finish

Head coach of Wa All Stars has ruled out a top four finish for his charges after their 1-2 defeat to Liberty Professionals last Sunday August 9, 2015.

The charismatic Jimmy James Corbblah rues the missed opportunities from his players in a game the home team could have buried their opponents.

Wa All Stars missed the chance to join the top four teams on the log despite taking an early lead.

According to Jimmy, “It is going to be difficult to finish in the top four. After losing this game, it is going to be very difficult, but it is not impossible. We will still fight on and see what where we will end up. Every game has become difficult for every team be it home or away”

Wa All Stars missed the chance to set a record with an eleventh home win since their promotion to the top flight league. The Upper Westerners have never won more than 10 matches at home in 8 attempts. Feliz Addo cancelled out Kweku Baffoe’s opener before Kennedy Ashia won the game for George Lamptey’s visitors at Wa.
