Tyron Ghana Ltd rallies support for Stars in South Africa

Management of Tyron Ghana Limited, distributors of, Tyron, a tested primary safety product to help protect lives from the dangers of tyre failure, on Thursday mobilized residents and soccefans in Eesterust, the current training base of the Black Stars to rally support for the Stars on Sunday as they face their Serbia counterparts in their opening Group D game of the 2010 World Cup.

A director of the company Emmanuel K. Kyeremey together with their South African partner, Katlego Modise Senokwane donated over 250 Ghana flags to residents and soccerfans of Eesterust as they woo them to help cheer the Stars to victory on Sunday.

Most soccerfans at Eesteryst, where the Stars played their last friendly game and won 4-0 have been on Ghana officials and fans demanding for Ghana flags, T-Shirts and other paraphenalias to help them cheer the Black Stars to victory as they claim Ghana is the next to enjoy their support after Bafana Bafana.

Ahead of the Stars crucial opener on Sunday against Serbia, checks in most sports shops and stores reveals shortage of Ghanaian flags, T-Shirts and other paraphernalia.

The presentation of flags therefore comes at the right time and brings happiness and joy to the Eesteryst based soccerfans as they prepare to rally behind the team on Sunday in the Ghana colours.

Majority of them have tipped Bafana Bafana, the Elephants of Côte d'Ivoire and the Stars as those that who will make the continent proud in the competition.

However, one question that never departed from their lips was"where is Michael Essien, we want to see Michael Essien". as if they have never heard of the Chelsea midfielder's blow to Ghana.

After their opener on Sunday, the Stars will then face Australia and former winners Germany on June 19 and 23 respectively.
