Transfers (Local): Hamza Confirms Kotoko Departure

Black Stars midfielder Hamza Mohammed won?t play for Kumasi Asante Kotoko again. The former RTU player currently in Accra with senior RTU management members says he has decided not to return to the Porcupine Warriors after the expiration of his six-month loan spell in Kumasi.
If everything goes as planned for Hamza, he would be wearing the green and white of Kotoko?s city rivals King Faisal next season or ply his trade outside the shores of Ghana.
Hamza helped Kotoko to reach the finals of the African champions league last season and his decision to quit Kotoko and cross carpets to Faisal would be seen as a direct show of support for former Kotoko boss Herbert Mensah who recruited him to Kotoko.
Herbert is bent on joining Faisal himself and by some coincidence, Faisal are now competing with Kotoko on the transfer market for almost every player earmarked for recruitment by the Porcupine Warriors before Herbert was given the sack by Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.
