Tough task ahead of Sportive

Accra, Aug 16, GNA - Newly promoted premier league side, Tema Real Sportive will have a tough task at hand in the quarter finals of the GHALCA Special Knock out competition when they come up against Kumasi Asante Kotoko at the Accra Sports Stadium in the first leg of the competition on Wednesday, August 18.

Sportive reached this stage by a one goal aggregate over B.A United in the two-leg affair whilst Kotoko had an easy ride over Tano Bofoakwa on a 6-3 aggregate.

Kumasi King Faisal will battle Accra Great Olympics in the first leg match at the Kumasi Sports Stadium whilst AshantiGold who disposed of Accra Hearts of Oak will confront Okwawu United at the Obuasi Len Clay Stadium with Real Tamale United battling it out with Liberty Professionals at the Bolgatanga Park.

According to GHALCA, organisers of the competition, all the matches will kick of at 4:00pm while the second leg matches which will be played on Saturday, August 20 and Sunday, August 21, start at 3:00 pm.
