The Assistant coach of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Michael Osei, says this year’s league campaign will go down as one of the most difficult for the Porcupine Warriors.

However, the former player turned coach says the club is confident of finishing in the Top Four as a consolation to their teaming fans.

In an exclusive interview with Sportscrusader.com, Michael Osei said, “This season has been one of the most difficult seasons for us in the league. I want to congratulate my players for their latest run of results in the league. They have worked very hard for it and deserve their current position in the league. We want to win the remaining matches to confirm our position and finish in the top four”.

The assistant trainer also spoke of the club’s expectation of playing in the CAF Confederations Cup next year should they win the MTN FA Cup.

“The break in the league will help improve our preparation for the MTN FA cup finals against Medeama. We are fully focused on the final because it is a game we have to win at all cost. We want to win the Cup for our fans and a place in the CAF Confederation cup next season. We want to win the competition so that we can go to Africa next season”, Mickey told Sportscrusader.com.
