Swansea to hold talks with Hoffenheim over Isaac Vorsah move

Ghana defender Isaac Vorsah has emerged as top target for newly promoted English Premier League side Swansea.

Deutsche Welle TV has reported officials of TSG Hoffenheim and Swansea will meet on Monday (today) to agree on a deal.

The ex-Heart of Lions defender has been phenomenal for the German outfit with his sublime performances earning massive interest from top European side.
