Leicester City winger/full-back Jeffrey Schlupp is happy to be back in the team as they keep their first English Premier League title hopes alive.

The Ghana left back spent the last three months on the sidelines while nursing a hamstring injury.

Schlupp made his return to action as a substitute against Norwich in February and has been building up his minutes ever since, managing 45 minutes in the 1-0 over Watford last weekend.

"It feels great to be back," he said. "It's been a while out with injury - about three months – so it definitely feels good to be back and back to winning ways as well."

"It meant a lot to me with the way that the fans reacted to me being back," the Ghanaian international told LCFC.co.uk.

The Black Stars defender who has played 17 times in the Premier League so far in 2015/16, was a regular in the team prior to his injury in early December.
