Satellites keeper suffers injury KO

National goalkeeper, Joseph Halm has suffered a major injury setback after breaking his leg in a league game for Great Olympics.

Accra Great Olympics coach, Ken Augustt confirmed that the club?s regular goalkeeper, Joseph Halm would miss the remaining of the first round of the season.

The goalkeeper who also stars for Ghana?s national under-20 side, the Black Satellites was stretched off after breaking his leg in the early minute of Great Olympics?1-2 defeat to Sekondi Hasaacas at the Gyandu Park.

Halm went to ground when he collided with an opponent.

After checks by medics, he was quickly rushed to the Effia-Nkwanta Government Hospital for treatment.

Black Satellites coach Francis Oti Akenteng would have to find a replacement for Halm before the last African Youth Championship qualifying game against Burkina Faso this month.
