SWAG release rates for Ashgold/Hearts match

Accra, July 20, GNA - The Sports Writers Association of Ghana (SWAG) has released the rates for the first leg of State Insurance Company (SIC) H.P. Nyemitei Cup match between Ashantigold and Accra Hearts of Oak at the Len Clay Stadium, Obuasi on Sunday, July 25.

A statement signed by Mr William Ezah, the Acting General Secretary of SWAG, said the VIP would go for GHC6 with the Wings going for GHC5

The Center Line and the Popular Stand will go for 3.00 and 2.00 Ghana cedis respectively.

The statement said the two sides would be permitted to use three guest players each in a bid to boost attendance at the stadium.

It said Hearts are making arrangements to use Black Stars player Laryea Kingston, who is on holidays in Accra, and has been training with the club for the past weeks.

Ashgold, on the other hand will have in their team former national under-23 striker Shaibu Yakubu.

Yakubu, also a former member of the Black Stars, is based in Turkey playing his trade with Kartalspor, a second division side.

The statement said the two clubs have prepared adequately for the match and would give fans their money's worth on Sunday.
