Royal Aigle Captain Wishes Kotoko Well

The captain of Royal Aigle Dschang of Cameroon, Emmanuel Nsofuor has expressed satisfaction with the reception given them by their host Asante Kotoko. Speaking to pressmen after the match, the Aigle Captain said the reception given to them by Kotoko officials during their short stay has been fantastic. The Cameroonians arrived in Accra on Saturday with thirteen players. They then lodged at Kingsby Hotel in Accra for a while before connecting to Obuasi by bus on the same day.

On the match itself, the Cameroonians lost by three goals to nil and Nsofour attributed their abysmal performance to tiredness as a result of their late arrival. The Aigle Captain wished Kotoko well and prayed that they proceed to the league phase of the competition and perhaps lift the trophy.

The team departs Accra on Wednesday for Yaoundi
