Retired Footballers congratulate Black Stars

The Retired National Footballers Association of Ghana RENFAG, wishes congratulate the entire Black Stars team and its technical handlers as well as the management team for their resounding victory over the Greens of Libya at the Babayara Sports Stadium last Sunday. We urged you on and you rose up to the challenge.

Indeed you started the world cup journey in grand style and we hope Ghana would surely be represented when the clarion call is made come South Africa 2010. Your level of zealousness and determination on the day was incredible and we hope same attitude would be brought to bear as you take on your counterparts from Lesotho this weekend.
