Red Bull Academy welcome Liberty Professionals

Newly established, Red Bull Soccer Academy will on Thursday play host to The Scientific Soccer Lads of Ghana Football Liberty Professionals in a friendly match at the academy’s park in Sogakope .

The match which forms part of the series of matches the academy have lined up as preparatory matches for the impending Volta Region Second Division league scheduled to kick off in the last week of March.

Premier League Side Liberty Professionals who will be treating this match with all the importance it deserves have vowed to halt the home invincibility of Red Bull Soccer Academy .

Red Bull Soccer Academy first team which is under the tutelage of Burkina be coach Webonga Piouhiri who guided Burkina Faso to the Third place position in the Fifa under 17 world youth championship in Trinidad and Tobago will have on the table the biggest opponent so far in the history of the academy .

In as many as seventeen matches , the home team boast of fifteen wins with two draws since its establishment about five months ago.

Webonga, who is brimming with confidence, believes his boys have what it takes to overcome Liberty.

Red Bull Soccer Academy will be parading the likes of Douglas Asamoah, Livingstone Logoh, Kingsley Kwakye, Ishmael Baba, Godfred Fosu , Prince Adomah and Gilbert Fiamenyoh.

Millennium best Coach of Africa, Sir Cecil Jones Atoquayefio who will be guiding Liberty in Thursday’s encounter has promised to give Red Bull Soccer Academy a baptism of fire into Ghana football.
