RFA release 15th week match fixtures

Cape Coast Dec.23, GNA-Bless FC will clash with Oguaa United in the 15th week league fixture of the Central Region second division league which comes on at all league centres on December 28.

According to the fixtures released by the RFA on Monday, Efutu Breku will vie with Asamerik, Nyinasin Super Stars will lock horns with Efutu Breku at Nyinasin while Elmina Coconut Grove Sharks hosts Nyinasin Real United.

In Zone Two, Mankessim Borbor Mfantse will host Ekotsi Great Wonders, Moree Great Astons will welcome Nana Apreku Rainbow, Saltpond Redevelopment Institute will meet Otuam Proud United while Odonase Schalke 04 hosts Saltpond NICPSD FC.

In Zone Three, Agona Fankobaa will meet their local rivals All Blacks, Winneba Soccer Intellectuals clash with Great Abaasa United, Gomoa Obuasi Jonarts FC meet Swedru Young Rangers while Ajumako Ochiso Eleven Angels lock horns with Great Otuam United at Ochiso.

In Zone Four, Ofaakor Odupon Heroes will host Winneba Cecil Hunters, Kasoa "God Is Great" will vie with Nyanyano Universal FC at Kasoa, Tuba Metro Stars will meet Buduburam Bendu FC at Tuba while Buduburam FC meet Kasoa Bago FC at Buduburam.

Bless FC Drew 1-1 with Asamerik

Cape Coast, Dec.23, GNA - A goal scored by midfielder, Frederick Tetteh, in the 80th minute, enabled Bless FC to draw 1-1 with Cape Coast Asamerik in their second division league match played at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium on Sunday.

After a scoreless first half, Asamerik who were determined to revenge the painful 1-0 defeat dished out to them by Bless during the first round of the league opened the scoring through right winger, Isaac Tetteh in the 50th minute.

The goal gave them the tonic to score more goals but their forwards squandered all the chances failing to utilise the chances that came their way.

Asamerik's hope of vengeance were shattered when Tetteh exploited a defensive blunder to score the much needed equaliser in the 80th minute. Result of other league matches were:

Elmina Dec.23, GNA- Coconut Grove Sharks of Elmina on Sunday beat Super- Stars of Jukwa-Koforidua 3-0 in the Central Region Second Division league

match played at the SSNIT Park at Elmina.

Nicholas Dadson, inside right of Coconut Grove opened the scores in the 28th minute of the game that was handled by referee Joseph Dawson, class one referee from Cape Coast.

This was followed by another goal through centre forward Dramani Abubakar in the 58th minute.

The Sharks who played a determined game had to wait till the 88 minute to register their third goal when Joseph Adade, a defensive midfielder, made it 3-0 to end the match that was played in a peaceful sportsmanship atmosphere and did not record any nasty incidents. Dec 12 03
