Pros Give To Korle-Bu Maternity

Ghanaian overseas-based professional footballers yesterday made a token donation of ?10 million to the Maternity Ward of the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital.

The gesture, which was carved to ameliorate the plight of under-privileged nursing mothers of the ward, were proceeds realized from a charity match held at the Accra Sports Stadium last Sunday between players from the Northern and Southern sectors of the country.
