Players of Rangers work on Library project

Ntribuoho (Ash), Jan.18, GNA - Players of Rangers F/C, a third division club at Ntribuoho in the Kwabre district of the Ashanti region on Sunday spent hours offering communal labour on a Community Library being built by the people at an estimated cost of 150 million cedis. The players led by their Captain, Mallam Yahaya filled the foundation with sand for the casting of the floor be done. The people through fund-raising harvests and personal contributions are financing the project.

Speaking to the press after the work, Mr Sampson Adu-Poku, Assembly member for the area said eight million cedis had so far been spent on the project.

He commended the players for their contributions and pledged his support for the development of the club.
