Players and officials summoned before Status Committee

Accra, May 15, GNA - The Player Status Committee of the Ghana Football Association has summoned 15 players and club officials to appear before it on Thursday, May 17 towards the resolution of their status.

The players mostly from First and Second Division clubs are to appear with officials of their Clubs with the relevant documents supporting their claims to floating player status.

According to a release issued and signed by Mr K. Ampim-Darko, Deputy General Secretary, Technical of the GFA, any player or club that fails to appear before the Committee will have its case struck out. The players are Alhassan Iddrisu, (Akwatia Diamond Stars), Abdallah Mohammed, (Dwarfs F/C), Nathaniel Ohene Asamoah, (Tudu Mighty Jets), Kwabena Boateng and Oteng Mensah, (Norchip F/C), Joseph Adjei Nyemekye, (Aduana Stars), Ahmed Mensah, (King Solomon FC), Clement Laryea and Fredrick Ampah, (Great Mariners FC).

The rest are Ibrahim Badawe, (Kotobabi Powerlines), Richard Incoom, (Zaytuna F/C), Frank Owusu Beeboo, (Blessing F/C), David Tetteh Bruce, (Fern Stars), Abdul-Razak Mohammed, (Dortmund F/C) and Muftawu Abubakar (KFC).
