Peter Ofori-Quaye Is Back

Former Ghanaian international Peter Ofoli Quaye is back in action with more maturity and composure better than before.

Ofoli Quaye was struck down with a nagging injury which nearly jeopardized his career but took him two years to recuperate.

He played top flight football with Greek side Olympiakos when he was transferred from the then Ghapoha SC at the age of 17.

He featured for the Satelites,Meteors and the Stars but the injury could not let him realize his potential.

The soft-spoken and shy-looking player was noted for his dribbling skills, thunderous strikes and telepathic play among his colleagues.

On recuperating, the player has registered for Dansoman-based Liberty Professionals humble way to re-lunch his career.

'There are ups and downs in life, but in all,we have to give thanks to God".Peter softly lamented.

Ofoli Quaye after registering a goal in his 1st league game for Liberty in the 2-0 win over Fayeenord said "I thank God am back'.

Stars coach Ratomir Dujkovic fell in love with his potential when he trained with him for three weeks but could put him in his plans because he was clubless.

The Serbian can now consider him if he continues to score as he's known to do best.
