Medeama defender Paul Aidoo is anticipating a tough clash against Al Ittihad ahead of Sunday’s CAF Confederation Cup tie.

The Ghanaian side are currently in Tunisia to take on the Libyan side in the first leg tie in the round of 32 clash.

The FA and Super Cup holders appear to have settled in well despite concerns about the cold and windy weather.

“If we do that, I’m positive we can grind out a positive result.”

The West Africans are seeking a favourable result to make the return leg a mere formality.

The return leg takes place at the Essipong stadium in Sekondi on Sunday March 20.
