Painstil to join West Ham?

Ghanaian international John Paintsil is on the verge of signing a ?600,000 a year contract for 5 years with English premiership side, West Ham, according to his agent, Benayoun.

Benayoun recommended him to West Ham manager Alan Pardew before the summer and Pardew then was impressed by his perfomances in the World cup and now has agreed a deal to sign the Right back/midfielder he is expected in London on Monday before the team jet off on Tuseday to Swedan.

Paintsil will become Pardews 5th summer signing. Paintsil has a wealth of European experience with Hapoel Tel Aviv in the Champions league.
