PLB to meet Northern Sector Press

Accra, Jan 11, GNA - The Professional League Board (PLB) of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) would organize a two-day interactive soiree for media personnel in the Northern sector.

The programme is scheduled for 12th -13th January in Kumasi under the theme, 93Organising a successful football league: PLB reaches out to stakeholders 96 a shared responsibility".

Kweku Ampim Darko, Deputy General Secretary of the GFA in a statement copied to the GNA Sports said the purpose of the soiree is to enhance the integrity of the Onetouch Premier League through sharing of information and knowledge.

It said it is hoped that after the soiree, the media and the public will have a better understanding of the functions of the PLB. Emmanuel Owusu-Ansah, the Ashanti Regional Minister will be the Special Guest of Honour with the President of the GFA, Kwesi Nyantakie and members of the Emergency Committee also in attendance.
