Ohene Djan stadium to be opened today

President John Agyekum Kufuor will formally inaugurate the refurbished Ohene Djan Sports Stadium today at 4.00pm.

At this special ceremony, the President would unveil the plaque and cut the tape to formally declare the stadium open, after which prayers would be said by the Chief of Osu.

The opening ceremony would be followed by a friendly international football match between the Under-17 teams of both Ghana and Togo as part of activities marking the event.
