Oguaa United spank Green Eagles

Cape Coast, Oct.23, GNA - Oguaa United reaped a goal harvest when they thrashed Green Eagles 8-0 in their Under "17" colts league match at the Cape Coast Victoria park on Thursday.

Centre half, Jonas Appiah Kubi and midfielder Gordon Harden, who were instrumental for United's sweet Victory scored a hat trick in each half.

Ogua United led 5-0 to end the first half. Oguaa United were on hand to again beat the Green Eagles in their Under 14 side encounter 4-0.

In another league match, Odomankoma Mba beat Super Rainbow 2-0 in their Under 17 encounter.

The goals were scored by centre half, Joseph Quainoo and outside right, Samuel Quayson in the 20th and 53rd minutes respectively. Odomankoma Mba also won the Under 14 by a lone goal that was scored by the skipper of the side, inside right Kofi Amoah Jnr in the 50th minute.
