Oguaa GHATEL Ladies beat Assin North team

Assin-Praso, (C/R), Sept 10, GNA - Cape Coast GHATEL Ladies continued their winning spree when they beat Assin North Ladies 3-2 in the Central Region Women's League match played at Assin-Praso. Even though the home team lost the match narrowly, they were not disgraced at they played to the best of their ability and admiration of the home fans as they managed to hold the talented side, GHATEL Ladies to a 2-2 draw at half-time. On resumption of the second half, GHATEL Ladies came back strongly to increase the tally to 3-2 through Mary Baidoo in the 55th minute but the Assin Ladies nearly leveled up in the dying minutes when they came close to scoring, but their forwards messed up. In another league encounter at Abura-Dunkwa, Abura-Dunkwa Real Maidens beat Assin-Foso Betinson Ladies 2-0. 10 Sept. 08
