* to beat Kotoko*

Hon. Richard Ofori Agyemang Boadi, Municipal Chief Executive of Obuasi is backing Ashantigold to beat champions, Asante Kotoko on Sunday in the Glo Ghana Premier League match Day 11 headliner at the Len Clay Stadium.

Sportsinghana.com can report that Hon. Agyemang Boadi, famously nicknamed Zuba has urged Ashantigold players to quickly forget about losing their unbeaten record at local rivals New Edubiase and focus on beating Kotoko in the big Ashanti Regional derby.

The Obuasi MCE has therefore promised each player of Ashantigold one hundred US Dollars ($100) each with an additional $50 to the scorer of each goal, all in the bid to inspire the Aboakese lads to make Obuasi proud with victory over the Porcupine Warriors.

“Ashgold SC are in Obuasi a[image: Inline image 1]nd that makes it our responsibility as members of the community to give them our support, since it is our property,” Hon. Agyemang Boadi told the players.
