Nyarko set to quit Black Stars

Everton's Ghanaian midfielder Alex Nyarko has reportedly decided to quit international football and concentrate on his club career.

The 27-year-old believes it is time for a break from international action in a bid to resurrect his club career and has stressed that he has not fallen out with anyone connected to The Black Stars.

Nyarko had a troubled season in England with Everton and it appeared towards the end of the season that his career with the Premiership side was over after a fan ran onto the pitch and questioned his commitment to the club.

Now it is reported that he has decided to focus all his attention on getting his club career back on the rails, but whether that is with Everton remains to be seen.
