English giants Chelsea have not tabled any bid to sign Ghana midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah from Juventus, sources in Italy have confirmed.

Recent media reports claim new Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is bent on shipping the former Udinese star to the Stamford Bridge.

But new reports from Turin suggest Juventus have not put the midfielder on sale while Chelsea have not made any official bid to sign him.

Asamoah enjoyed a torrid time at the Juventus Arena last season as his season was disturbed by injuries and injury complications.

The 27-year-old, who is capped 66 times by Ghana, joined the Old Ladies from Udinese in the 2012/13 season and worked under Conte when he arrived at the club.

He has won four (4) Scudetto titles with Juventus and could be seeking new adventure
