Nigerian referees for Queens/Guinea game

Accra, July 22, GNA - The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has appointed Nigerian referees to handle the African Women Championship (AWC) qualifier between Ghana's Black Queens and their Guinean counterparts.

According to CAF, Felicia C Okwugba will take the centre stage with assistant referees Stella Eloji and Victoria Joseph supporting from lines one and two.

Alimah Bah from Sierra Leone will be the Match Commissioner for the game, which has been slated for the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday.

The Guineans are playing as guest of the Queens in a return leg of the game, which qualifies the winner to the African Women Championship slated for South Africa in September.

The Ghanaians won the first encounter 13-0 when they locked horns with their Guinean counterparts in Conakry two weeks ago.
