Nicolas Goka ready to play in Europe

Nicolas Goka, an Egypt-based Ghanaian defensive midfielder will undergo trials with French Ligue 1 giants Olympique Lyonnais and St. Etienne at the end of April as he seeks to land a mega deal to begin his European career and open his dream chances of playing for the national team of Ghana.

The former Mighty Victory, Tema Youth and Maranatha of Togo player is very optimistic that he is going to live up to expectation in order to be signed this summer.

“Angela Davis, the cousin of Eric Abidal is the one who manages me. She has landed a deal for me in France,” Goka said to the international media. “I will be in Ghana on the 25th of this month to collect my French Visa before heading to Lyon and St. Etienne for the trials.”

“Right now I am a free agent as I did not renew my contract with El Mansora when it ended because of then league uncertainty situation in Egypt.”

Meanwhile it is also understood that a Croatian agent by name Jesper also wants to take Goka to Croatia to have trials with Dynamo Zagreb.

Goka a tall defensive midfielder who was one of the rising stars at Mamprobi and Korle Gonno wants to reach the top of his career in Europe.
