New fixtures for Coca cola Top Four Tourney

Accra, Jan 5, GNA - The Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA) organizers of the "Coca Cola Top Four competition " has released new fixtures for the tournament, which kicks off on Sunday, January 11, at the Accra and Kumasi Sports Stadia.

The change in the fixtures follows the withdrawal of defending champions Kumasi Asante Kotoko from the competition. GHALCA could not meet the astronomical demands of Kotoko, which includes 400 million cedis appearance fee and 50 per cent of the gate proceeds.

Berekum Arsenals, which placed fifth in the Kinapharma Premier League, will now replace Kotoko and would use the Kumasi Sports Stadium as their home ground for the competition.
