New Black Stars Coach Earns $8,000

The Ministry for Youth and Sports has announced that the new Coach of the senior national team, the Black stars, Milan Zivadinovic will earn US $8,000 as salary and not $10,000. This is the approved salary by the Ministry. The coach will however receive a signing on fee of $10,000. Milan Zivadinovic is a coach with 28 years of experience and is described as a properly grilled coach having coached all the youth teams in Yugoslavia.

But one issue, which is becoming central to the employment of Zivadinovic is interference from the Ghana Football Association (GFA). The Chairman of the GFA, Ben Kuofie has however assured that his association will leave the coach in peace. He is expected to arrive in Ghana next week to take up his appointment.
