Muntari named in AC Milan squad to face Genoa

Ghana midfielder Sulley Muntari has been named in AC Milan’s squad to face Genoa on Saturday in the Serie A.

The 29-year-old looked to have picked up an injury in Tuesday’s Brazil 2014 World Cup playoff return leg against Egypt in Cairo.

He was substituted halfway into the second half and his position was taken by Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu.

Milan is still without the likes of Giampaolo Pazzini, Stephan El Shaarawy, Mattia De Sciglio, Marco Amelia, Antonio Nocerino and Cristian Zaccardo.

Also, Riccardo Montolivo is suspended.

AC Milan squad: Abbiati, Coppola, Gabriel; Abate, Bonera, Constant, Mexes, Silvestre, Zapata; Birsa, Cristante, Emanuelson, De Jong, Kaka, Muntari, Poli, Saponara; Balotelli, Matri, Niang, Robinho.
